We run three dedicated kids sessions per week: Monday Kids Gi, Wednesday Kids NoGi, and Friday Kids Gi. Classes are structured for children of all abilities and experience levels.

No experience is needed. Our Wednesday Fundamentals class is specifically designed for beginners. You will learn the core positions and movements of BJJ in a structured, non-intimidating environment.
For your first session, comfortable athletic clothing is fine. If you decide to continue, you will need a Gi (the traditional BJJ uniform). We can advise you on where to get one after your first class.
BJJ is a contact sport, but it is well-suited to beginners because of its emphasis on technique over strength. Our instructors maintain a structured, respectful environment and introduce new students gradually.

Yes. We run Kids Gi classes on Monday and Friday (17:00 to 18:00) and Kids NoGi on Wednesday (17:00 to 18:00).
Gi BJJ is trained wearing the traditional kimono (the Gi), which adds grip and leverage options. NoGi uses shorts and a rash guard and more closely resembles submission grappling and MMA groundwork. We recommend training both for a well-rounded game.
